Summer Yoga on the farm
Join me for august yoga on the farm. Fun accessible yoga for all levels surrounded by the sounds of a working farm. Enjoy breathing practices, movement and relaxation in an old cattle shed, keeping us dry in this unpredictable British weather, listening to the singing of birds and the mooing of the cows.

Schedule:
Running from August 3rd until August 26th.
Monday 7-8pm
Tuesday 10-11am
Wednesday 7-8pm

Classes held at Rose Villa, Melmerby, HG4 5HA. On the main road through the village. Park on the road, cream gate, usually eggs for sale on the wall. Walk through the gate, follow the drive way all the way around until you get to a metal gate, Walk through the gate you will see a barn in front of you the entrance us around to the left. The block offers a discount making the classes non refundable, they must be used within the time period (3/8/25 to 26/8/25) You can use the classes however suits you, attending multiple classes a week or one per week, please let me know within 24 hours of the class which one you will be attending so I know for numbers)
